NPGS: 45 Degree Box

The inner 45 degree lines are ~30 nm wide and were exposed using a single pass of the beam. The outer box was exposed using 3 passes of the beam. The small "cracks" in the image outside of the box are the structure in the evaporated gold used to coat the sample for viewing.
